Accepting insurance that covers out-of-network acupuncture

Insurance policies vary in their out-of-network coverage. The insurance verification process helps us identify what does your specific insurance policy covers. Information submitted via the website is confidential.

Please allow up to 2 days for the verification process to be complete (excluding weekends). Payment for treatments is due at the time of visit until coverage is verified.

Upon completion of insurance verification we will contact you with information about your policy coverage, any limitations on the number of visits per year, any limitations on treatment modalities, if you have a deductible whether it has been met, and the percentage of the treatment cost your insurance company covers.
